Sales Representative

Posted: Oct 27, 2025 Reports to: National Sales Manager Status: Salary + Bonus Eligible

Do you know your way around a tackle shop? Can you talk fishing gear as easily as you can talk business? Duckett Fishing is looking for a Sales Representative who can turn passion for fishing into lasting partnerships.

Headquartered on the shores of Lake Guntersville, we’re a privately owned company built by anglers, for anglers. Our staff works hard, fishes harder, and knows that great relationships — like a great rod — are built to last.

As our Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Duckett Fishing to independent retailers nationwide. You’ll grow our business, strengthen dealer relationships, and help more anglers experience the Duckett difference.

What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of sales experience (outdoors or sporting goods is a plus)
• A genuine passion for fishing and the lifestyle that comes with it
• A self-starter who’s comfortable on the road
• Someone who believes business should be built on integrity, effort, and a few good fish stories

At Duckett, we’re fun, friendly, and hardworking — just like the anglers who use our gear. If that sounds like your kind of crew, we want to hear from you.
